kkfbn Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kkfbn ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the kkfbn website or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

kkfbn reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting to the website. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

When registering for a kkfbn account you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify kkfbn promptly if any of your account details change. You agree to keep your login credentials — including your mobile number and password — strictly confidential. The following obligations apply to all registered users:

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.

• Do not register using another person's identity or payment details.

kkfbn will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to be your own, unless you have promptly notified us of a compromise and we have confirmed receipt in writing.

kkfbn does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own terms of service. kkfbn has no control over and bears no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

When kkfbn offers a welcome bonus, reload bonus, free spins, or any other promotional incentive, the following standard conditions apply unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Each bonus is available to one account per household. Attempting to claim the same promotion from multiple accounts will result in disqualification and account review.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds cannot be processed until the applicable rollover has been completed.

Additional prohibited conduct includes: using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward kkfbn staff or other players; attempting to access another player's account; providing false identity information; and any other behaviour that kkfbn determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other users.

kkfbn provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated through the account settings or by contacting customer support. Available tools include:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) to cap the amount you can fund your account in a given period.
• Cooling-off periods that temporarily restrict your access to betting and gaming features for a defined duration.
• Self-exclusion, which closes your account and blocks re-registration for a minimum period requested by the player.
• Reality check notifications that remind you of elapsed session time during active play.

All trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, software, text, graphics, images, video content, game interfaces, and other materials displayed on or accessible through the kkfbn platform ("Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of kkfbn or are used under licence from the respective rights holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkfbn platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from the Content. Any unauthorised use of the Content will result in immediate termination of this licence and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kkfbn, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill; any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages; or any losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform's operation. kkfbn does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kkfbn's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Where kkfbn is found liable for a loss that falls within the scope of these Terms, its total liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your kkfbn account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kkfbn may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any other kkfbn policy.
• kkfbn has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by kkfbn.

Upon account closure, any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds or winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. kkfbn's determination of which funds are genuine and which are subject to forfeiture is final.

Any amendments to these Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, kkfbn will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players, which may take the form of an in-platform notification or an email to your registered contact address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting kkfbn customer support. Continued use after the effective date of any amendment is deemed acceptance of the amended Terms, whether or not you have read them.
